Wow, some serious platter damage there!
My guess is that any replacement heads will damage themselves once they hit that damage, so I would say chances of recovery are minimal

The head crash its on user area so u can try exchange heads, I have sucess on a DTLA with head crash, on a same area, problems when the head crash its on the SA or servo zone if u sucess and recalibrate i hope it:) , try to get data from the first sectors trying to bypass the head crash for avoid damage again on this zone, then try from to take another image the end cylinders to before to arrive to the head crash u need to calculate there its not another way
