I have many AA series drives of WD the problem is that when i run scan from
Victoria using advance remap option bad sectors come on 0.4% and they dont remap then i run write erasing on that area it shows ABRT on that area how can i remove this .

if u find linear problems for example XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX then good sectors, and again xxxxxxxxxxxxx perhaps its a bad head

thanks but this hdd has ABRT on erase any other ideas except disable head .

Find begining of that block, end of that block and add all sectors from that range (or better whole tracks) to P-List.

Have you checked for media damage? Many of these disks I have in have platter damage, though in my cases there are no readable blocks
