salam alekm

mr shortscircuits i need measures of tranzistors of hitachi pcb its nearly same like photo u gave to rameez but i need tranzistors measures in buzzer not volts as there is tranzistor q1 gives wrong volts and in buzzer is different from q3 although they are same and volts on motor is wrong and changing all time and head is knocking

Whats a buzzer??

i mean measures of tranzistors not voltage

i mean measures of tranzistors not voltage u put the multimeter on diod option then put black on base and red on legs

He's saying he want's a bias resistance test on the transistors. Using diode mode you can see reverse leakage on a transistor.

Maxword I don't have any of these model drives here to check, If I knew what layout PCB it is, I can check for you no problem,if I have the same here.

If you want I will measure Q1 & Q3 on the one I did for rameeze and hopefully they are close .

Will post later tonight.

A [] [] B

Read neg on Base Q1 A 1.129 B .464
Read pos on base Q1 A.564 B.436

Read neg on base Q2 .333 B .251
Read Pos on base Q2 .364 B .286

Q3 (make C center leg) A (neg) to C .525
A (pos) to C .849
C (neg) to B .177
C (pos) to B .178

I don't know if these will do you any good as it is also reading other components from the readings I got, but I hope it helps.

Hi tried to do the diagram with typing to save time didn't work Q1 is two leg A on left B on right legs pointed down. Q3 is 3 leg C is middle with legs down.
