Hello to all

I have received Seagate 160 GB Hdd
ST3160812AS SATA hard disk. which detects ok but is very slow. When I try to clone it copies 1 sector in 5-7 Second. When I see its termainal Report it gives.

although Er 43 means Data ECC Error. When I check Smart. it give BAD. What could be done to make it work fast and recover data.

perhaps a bad head wich need to exchange it with a donnor MHA
