i need firmware of this model firmware 21.002j21 or 08.02d08

hint : i cant write module by this firmware soo why"?

Your drive is GU and the link shows modules for a GV model, so not compatible !

If you try to write, what error do you get ?

Because this is different model and modules have different length. Utility checks this before writing and doesn't write.
Or... maybe you use pirated PC3000...
