Hard Disk Guru what is importance of these 3 modules

Hi Mates

Can someone suggest importance of following modules ? This is a samsung sp0411N Hard disk , its rom and all f/w modules are Ok but only 3 modules are showing read errors.
What is the best remedy?Thank you
