 Post subject: strange pcb wd problem

salam alekm i have pcb wd 2060-001292-000 it makes the hdd spin up good and can work on pc3k good but when i connect the hdd to normal pc
it makes the pc hang up when detecting the hdd even i connect only the data cable not power also makes the hdd hang up plz help
