I got the following drive from my friend and the problem is that only 32 gb are available (jumper is set on master not cap limit). I`ve wanted to formate the drive but win displayed me a message after a while that it`s not possible to finish it. Then i run mhdd on another pc it sees all 74 gb and in bios is reported as a 74 gb drive, i`ve created a partition and wanted to install win xp but when i get to the eula confirmation screen and pressed f8 nothing happend and when i pushed esc computer rebooted.Anyone knows what seems to be a problem and how can i restore original size of the drive and why can`t i install win, is it maybe a problem with the motherboard bios? And question no.2 is when i put my problematic maxtor after reboot ntldr is missing is displayed on my screen, how can i solve that one?
