Suggestion: Move Stickies to their own section

I find all these stickies at the top of the forum sections annoying.

Couldn't they be moved to their own home?

Eg "Beginners - Start here first"

or "Beginners and Stickies" - or "Beginners and useful information"

(beginners would hopefully look, and experienced users would know what a sticky is)

Just an idea.......
