I've been using PC3K products for years, and to be honest, I like their product for what it is. Technical support at times was a bit insufficient but the forum isn't bad. At this time, I also looking at SalvationData for help with firmware/repair issues. If you have used and are familiar with both products, please comment. Would purchasing salvationdata product be a good idea for firmware repair/hard drive repair? Also keep in mind that salvationdata currently does not have support for IBM/Hitachi and Toshiba.

I have used both the products i would prefer pc3k in every aspect .

SalvationData is more simple and easy than PC3000; It is nice for beginner.
Now salvationdata provide forum, tecnical support, FW collection at their website.

I probably would prefer ace product but its so dang expensive. Dont have 10k for udma.

Please wait for some more time before you buy any thing. Ace is coming up with the new product which is economical and have the most features of UDMA

well both r very good in there own ways..
salvation is very easy to use and pc3000 little complicated but very powerful..

PC3000 is not so complicated as people think. Its very advance and have very high utility.

so it worth.
