 Post subject: Fuse on Samsung SP2504C

Does anyone know if this drive has a fuse on it?

Client has phoned in - two drives, both absolutely dead due to power surge.

I think they do, also check the TVS's. They usually blow withthe fuse.

yes there are fuse in samsung just before TVS it has "0" printed on it. check continuity if there is continuity then fuse is ok else blown. also check TVS . if there is continuity in TVS then TVS gone
