Last weekend, this drive was working. After replacing the power supply in my system, the drive now hangs the BIOS. When I disconnect the IDE cable, the system comes up fine. The drive contains mostly photographs, some of which don't exist on the other drive in my system (grrr). Any suggestions?

Hi Zymurgist,

Try it in an external usb case and see if you can access the drive that way.

Regards,

Dobre

Likely a jumper came out or in the wrong place.
