I happen to have the same drive with the same model number, firmware and code site, manufactured on the 26 february 2007 ( s/n: 9QE2RTZ4, date code 07353)
I tried to use it to swap it's PCB to another maxtor drive of same size, model, firmware, but with a different site code ( SU) and manufactured on the 12 january 2007 ( S/N: 6RT002WH, date code 07286), and managed to get the drive to start spinning again, but it wouldn't be recognised in windows and it would click.
