Hi Guys, wishing you all have a good holiday seasons.

I am having some difficulties in understanding Seagate Accumulated health bits and Current Health bits, i hope someone wiling to explain to me.

On the manual, 2 words in hex notation (XXXX.YYYY) , X=current health status, Y= accumulated health status.

Example: If I have a drive with Hlth=0000 Chlth=0100, how to interpret these numbers from the table below?

Bit Number | Meaning of bit set to 1
15 | Excessive number of skipped sectors etc...

Hlth=0008 (Hex) = 1000 (Bin) -> 3
Hlth=0018 (Hex) = 11000 (Bin) -> 3, 4
Hlth=0100 (Hex) = 100000000 (Bin) -> 8
