You should first of all read a lot and try a lot. If you plan to do it quickly, most probably you'll fail a lot.

if the head is not damaged in anyway

remove the ic amp controller chip and replace with a working one.

your have to be careful when you do a head swap
as there a good chance you can damaged the platters at the same time.
allso you must keep the heads from touching each other.
