My problem is model ST320413A
FW: 3.54

POWER ON, IT IS FOR 20 SECOND BUSY And LATER HE IS NOT READY...

CHANGING the PLATE IT CONTINUES WITH SAME the CHARACTERISTICS...

??

You can find info in the seagate PC3kpci manual for sure.....

I do not have the manual, nor pc3kpci, only have the terminal usb, as I can learn on these commands?
