Please help me..

When i use a surface scan i saw a 3 bad sectors on it.. and when i install a Operating System, the installation cannot continue... it can be repaired??

Please help me

The model is: Samsung SV4002H/0MD
LBA 78,242,976 40GB Victor

S/N: 0474J1FT804545
