Im using both HD doctor for seagate and KesenderII software to try to repair this two HD's
-They are both ID-Error after the Test-repair on kesenderII
-I put them on HD doctor for seagate, did a back up of all the mods, upload the ATA modue like the manual says and then did an FW-repair, then input both the LBA, and the Model.
-After that I did an SCAN and all the defective errors were sent to the Plist.
-again they came out ID error on a second kesenderII Test-Repair.
-This time I did an Reset-HDD Smart on the HD Doctor for seagate following a Zero Fill. Because Kesender imediately finished the Test repair and gave the ID Error, and one of the first things that that Test-repair does is to do a SMART test to detect the initial Error Status.
- On a third try another ID-Error on Kesender's Test-Repair
-This time I went to the upload FW tam but beside of uploading the ATA module I tried to upload the APP, CERT, CERT-TAB modules to do another FW-REpair, but Half way trough loading the APP module a pop-up window came out that said "Out of System Resources" I pressed "OK" and a second window pop out that said "Canvas does not allow drawing" I pressed "OK" again and a third window that said "Not enough memory to process this command" apeared.(those windows came out onthe lower right side of the screen, an on the top left side of the screen a bigger window similar to the power managment tab apreared as well.
I have a feeling the reason why both HDs are coming out as ID error is becasue those modules are either not on the HD at all, or they are defective, or maybe they cannot be read.
Thanks for any help.
