Hello. I have some problem with my HDD Toshiba MK1032GAX. Last days the transfer quickly slowed down. Smart data looks fine (every parameters are O.K.), The disk is used with external HDD aluminium rack.
Here is the test from HDDtune:

Hi Tracker,
I fear the heads are starting to fail.
I would backup the data on the disk asap before the disk dies completely.

My guess is that the motor is dragging due to fluid bearing failure.
Toshibas are the easiest for head / platter swaps.
