Frozen ATA Password

Drive in question:
Seagate ST94811A
Firmware: 3.04

Tried on Seagate HD Doctor, says complete but didn't actually removed it. MHDD says it's locked.
Tried hotswap on PC3000 but disk doesn't come ready after recalibration, doesn't click though.
Also tried AFF Repair Station but froze.

Any idea much appreciated?

Use PC3000, make sure you have the data cable connected for terminal access, then erase password from within utility. If unsure then read your PC3K manual

Why do all the links on your website try to take you to alternative sites such as vogon-international, which is not even a valid url anymore? Do you do any data recovery yourself or is it all outsourced?
