Hi, guys,

Since alot ppl ask me, what are the advantages of your salvationDATA products compared with PC3000? What's the differences between you and Ace? bla bla bla..., I have to say somethings now.

You are professionals, so let's talk about the differences between them.

Disadvantages of SalvationDATA products:

1) Product Manual
As you said, our product manuals aweful. Yes, I admit it regretfully and frankly. But you may find also that we have tutorials and have a public website for technical support. (support.salvationdata.com)

2) Technical support
Our forum is not useful at all. Yes, sorry but it is true. I found alot poeple want direct answers and solutions with email, IM or tel. Our technical support is much better than PC3000. You have to accept it. We even provide Remote assistance via Internet for customers.

3) Breakthough
Someone is first not necessary the best. You always think ACE is the recor-holder and no one can exceed. Their UDMA +DE, some customers said, great, faster, wonderful, yes, it is if you paid $$$$$ to buy. Well, Our portable UDMA DE or DR, which is ready to realese in July, UDMA 100 compared with UDMA 66. Let's wait and see what will happend.

After the disadvantages, let's the advantages of SalvationDATA:

1) Portability

SalvationDATA products are the USB-consoles; it means you can use on a laptop. You can take the tools with you conveniently to diagnose a patient disk on the spot;

2) Installation

Once you activate SalvationDATA products, you don’t need to activate them again when you use on another computer or change hardware parts of your computer;

3) Supporting list

As SalvationDATA products aiming at different brands of Hard Disk, they can support more models HDD and have more functions;

4) Support and updates

SalvationDATA provide quality technical support via Tel/Fax, Email, forum, special support website, Instant Message tools and internet remote assistance. All the software patches are free to download and if there are hardware updates, only freight will be charged.

5) Operation

The SalvationDATA products run under Windows operation system. You don’t need to input difficult command to implement one function. All menu bar and buttons of SalvationDATA products are clear at a glance, you won’t be lost in the labyrinth of options.

6) Utilization

Because SalvationDATA products are separately consoles aiming at different brands of HDD, you can use the products the same time to handle with different brands HDD. Supposing you have Seagate, Maxtor and Hitachi disks at the same time, and your customers are awaiting eagerly, are you willing to let them wait by handling with the different disks one by one?

7) Speed and hightlights

The Modules reading and Uploading, must faster than PC3000 pci. Remove Seagate SATA password about 1 minutes; Maxtor PCHS read method of SA; Hitachi RVram Repair;

8) Price

Price is not the vital factor for you to select one product but it’s another important one. You can invest on your equipment from time to time by purchase the different brands in different time according to local market.

Thank your for you attention, everybody!

Best Regards

Laura
