 Post subject: who can adjust the seagate hdd head???

i think very much seagate hdd's problem is the hdd head problem,sometime we can knock the SEAGATE HDD,it become good,i think have some way that open the hdd and adjust the head ,the hdd can become good,someone can do it,but they dont say,who can tell me the method,please contact ME:apple_0170@hotmail.com

On the older rubber 4.3 and 8.4Gig drives, yes, sometimes just slightly loosening and resetting the head stack has worked to achieve reading track0. Needs a bigger flat screwdriver......

Some of these drives needed this done a few times.

I have tried this method with a few test 20GB rubber seagate with no success.

i see your message about reset the heads stacks to track 0
this method are found in the real but i know someone knowing it but he did not say any thing about it
but you said aBOUT THE OLD Method which was worked with rubber 4.3 and 8.4 seagate but it does not success with you
i want from you this old method to try it with me and make experiment on it with the new hdd
i know some of them but not to reset heads but to motor and remove statics from pcb
