so i had a microsoft windows 10 retail usb with the details
Description: [#:] USB Mass Storage Device (KDI-MSFT Windows 10)

which i wanted to un-write protect to use it as my own pendrive
i tried using the mpall software but it never got detected there i tried multiple of them
after looking into some forums i found the phison restore tool and the person there told to use the Restore v3.21 and it actually worked and i was able to use it a normal pendrive without write protection but i dont know why but i used the latest version of the phison restore tool which is v3.26 and i pressed restore and it gave me some error message and windows gave me a notification that the usb device is malfunctioning (the pendrive was plugged into a usb 3.0 port) when i plugged the pendrive in usb 2.0 port, chipgenius gave me this info
Description: [F:]USB Mass Storage Device(13FE USB DISK 50X)

but getinfo tool inside the mpall tool shows different information (picture attached below)

i tried to use restore v3.21 again to fix things but it says the device is not found when press restore
i tried using different versions of mpall and now its showing up in mpall (tried 2-3 version all of them show it) but it shows CT-jump isp fail 0x1105 when ever i try to flash the burner and firmware file

how to fix this i really need the pendrive to work

Get a different USB stick and save your Windows USB stick for reinstalling Windows in an emergency
