I order my pc3kflash, for have one more tool to use it.
But i am getting a lot of trouble to the package get out off the custom.
Last week was delay all the week ( 5 Days ) , i ask customer service ate Ace them say is not that problem but the custom where in Holidays.
Them i phone direct to the DHL in Russia, and they say missed a paper.
Ace say´s that everything was ok, dont know anything about the missing paper, and everyday reply and say they are doing the best they can.
At this point i am start to get a lot off questions about the work of ACE, when sending the products, they guaranty that the parcel with get out this Friday, but was usually did not happen

Is this normal for this kind off product.?
Anyone also have trouble with this, when something get wrong in the custom ?
If was ACE mistake why they did not say it.
