help with imation flash swivel thumb drive

hi folks,

need help here. hope that some gurus will have a solution and help me on it. thanks in advance =)

i have a imation 8gb flash swivel drive. its a gray flash drive with a gold usb port.
the files in the secure partition is lock out with a software.
the weird thing is that the software doesnt recognise my flash drive. but my flash drive is working fine.
and i do know the password to it. so does anyone know what to do with it? cos i really need those files inside.

Hi I do not guarantee this one will work but have found it very successfull in cases such as this. Download the Linux live CD and make a boot disk from it. Plus this drive into your usb port and boot from your boot disk. Linux live cd can check for passwords on your system and give them back to you. It is worth a shot to try this one.
