Hi to all,
Have this chip TOSHIBA, anyone knows wich SLOT this use ?
When i try to read it with RS it detect me 2TB !!!

Looks like a TLGA mount flash to me

yes it is TLGA Chip. got two type of this TLGA.. you need special adaptor to read this DUMP.
