Memory from a NOKIA 6303c

Hi my friends

I have a problem, I have a NOKIA 6303c phone and the phone is all broken.

I need to recover the contacts from this phone but first I don´t really know which chip represent the memory...
You can see in the links bellow the 3 BGA chips I have:

Besides that I don´t have any equipment to read this kind of chips.. exists any adapter to convert to TSSOP 48 ??

Or any one have the capability to read and extract the data from this BGA

I appreciate your help with this situation.
