controller for Lexar memory stick pro duo ( 1gb)

the controller of this lexar memory stick pro duo 1 GB is without text , looked well on a magnificient light.
i need the controller name to put on flash doctors and see if i can download the correct algorythm.
Someone know which one is it?

for ur info. i use thinner liquid spray on the chip and with the hot air will reveal the text behind it.

try it with any pcb 1st. and see the diff.

But the algotithms used are (for the most part) fairly common and should be recoverable with the right tool.

Not sure if this can be made in Flash Doctor, maybe SD support can help. Or maybe not.
