I think the chips are good. Mac just died beer damage (Budweiser) :)

You should check the actual controller to identify if there are solutions available to rebuild this data.

Usually Toshiba controllers appear to be based on JMF controller, which as far as I know is pretty well supported in Flash recovery equipment.

But I never specifically seen this SSD so not sure....

As far as I have seen there is not currently an adapter that exists for these drives. One company tried to make one and Apple forced them to drop it.
