Sandisk Memory Stick pro duo 4gb

Hi all.
A friend of mine removed this card from camera when it was on. Now windows recognizes the card but asks to format it and R-studio detect it as a memory of 238.25mb. This is the log from secinspect:

If you can't read all its sectors then it has a hardware fault. Time to start making calls.

In R-Studio, in the hex view option, when you scroll through the entire device, do you data? Or all zeros?

May your friend have accidently attempted to format, wipe or erase the card?

This is beyond any DIY repairs.

It is also likely that this is monolithic device also. Maybe you are lucky and will be 8 bit device, then chance of recovery in professional lab is high.
