Unlock secure SD card

Anyone know how to unlock a Secure micro SD card that has been locked through the SD spec by a device.
Don't need the data, just want to unlock/clear the device so that it can be reused elsewhere

I think it has been mentioned before, but cant see to find any topivs on it

Either no one knows, or they wont say

This was a microsSD used in a Windows Phone 7
which tried to extend the filesystem onto it and secured/locked the microSD

Yes there was a post on this but I can't find it either! Its standard phone forum stuff.
