I've never had much luck with programs to mount ISOs onto USB.

If it doesn't work, try doing it via command line. (http://www.intowindows.com/bootable-usb/)

Why not just plug a CD/DVD drive via USB? The device might not fit into the USB enclosure, but you can still connect the power and IDE connector and it will work.
