As this is not a data recovery issue I would suggest you use google & search for "how to make a usb pen drive bootable"
Also search BOOTSECT.EXE /NT60 & BIOS Boot order
Loki
Hello Loki, I don't want to boot from the pen drive that has the problem. I run Kaspersky Rescue Disk from another pen drive. The thing is that when I want to analize a flash memory for viruses, I connect it when the laptop is turned off, then I turn it on, start the rescue disk and select the pen drives that I want to analyze.
The pen drive that has the problem doesn't appear in the boot menu and neither in the list of devices of Kaspersky Rescue Disk. This flash memory is only recognized when Windows starts normally from my hard drive, therefore I can't analyze it with the rescue disk.
