Hi, i have to recover data from an iphone equipped with this NAND chip

PC3000 Flash Edition, recognize ID=0x98E79432 but nothing more.
I need technical specification to update the memory chips database, like pagse size, Block size, Read Params, Reading Algorithm ecc...
Several hours of deep search did not produced any result.

Any suggestions?

What version of iPhone? If 4 - data is crypted.

As far as i remember data was encrypted from ios 4 onwards.

Specialist tools like http://www.ixamforensics.com/ or http://www.cellebrite.com/mobile-forens ... ducts.html will cost from about £6,000 upwards as its a specailists field.
