Memory ID - multiple options

I have come across a few memory chips that display multiple options when I select 'Read ID' on PC3000 Flash

A screen dump of the relevant screen is attached.

It does not appear to be possible to read the chip while there are multiple entries displayed. What do I do, or does it suggest the actual chip has failed?

The chip is from a San Disk USB memory chip - 16G, and the chip is labelled SDTNPQBHEM-016G

The other part of the screen I do not understand, Parts detect 1 Ok, 2 Fail Does this suggest only 50% of the chip is working?

for this chip need to add parameter by manual.
in ACE Flash options---->memory chips--->CTRL+INS

OK Dumb question. Any guidance on filling in the parameters, eg reading algorithm, planes number, power scheme etc?

I think you must find on own way. I don't see Acelab manual about creating the config for nand. Try compare with similar nand ID.

A note from Acelab just said regarding Sandisk "They have special power scheme, pin-map and other parameters which are not fully supported by our PC-3000 Flash complex"

I'm now rather stuck, but will keep playing.

I have seen this a few times. On a few occasions, I am able to read with Soft Centre and then import the dumps into PC3K-Flash. However, there are a few of them that aren't read by either system. If you're ACE support is up-to-date, they are usually pretty good at connecting in via Team Viewer to assist remotely...though, I haven't tried them with this type of issue, yet.

Most sandisk chips are encrypted anyways...

Check the Controller number to make sure it is not an encrypted version, if it is you will need to swap both the data and controller chip to a identical PCB or fix the original pcb after putting the chip back on.

what are the numbers on the Controller?
