Thanks alot, it is always interesting to see what is out there. I plan on doing the same with all the Flash I have in my research collection.
As I told Einstein9, I never question others that don't want to share their work. I notice you don't share pinouts, no problem.

Do you have some advice for little fish like me that occasionally need pinouts? Is it a matter of developing them myself with a logic Analyser, or ask around in PM's hoping for a kind soul, or purchase them? I have heard of people mentioning buying pinouts, but I don't think I have ever seen them for sale anywhere

I have 1 case now where the pinout seems very close to one that is available elsewhere. It is also quite a task to solder to the pads :)

Thanks again

What device do you need pinout for?

Hi hddguy,
It seems to be very close to Ace's SD Type 8, http://www.pc3000flash.com/solbase/monochip.php?iid=25&lang=eng. I am thinking I need to ignore R/B2 and CE2.

and/or SC's Type 7, http://www.flash-extractor.com/library/Monolith/SD/Monolith%20SD%207/Monolith_SD_7__ec_d7_94_7a__1x2

I detailed my case here:

Cheers
