Toshiba THNSNC256GBSJ password

hi guys
i got a toshiba ssd drive, unfortunately its password locked by the Toshiba Smart Data Encryption.

right after the bios boots(and if the ssd is the first boot option), there comes a dos screen and waits for password. its not bios password, the controllers own decrypt engine. i tried with hdparm, parted magic and with mhdd. i can set most of the password, except user mode.
