I have a Kodak 4GB Flash drive with the memory chip MT29F64G08CBAAA
I have PC3000 Flash utility. It is able to detect the correct chip capacity and show Chip ID.
I don't have the controller information, can anyone please point me which controller to choose ?
Thanks for your help
Cheers

I am not the most experienced in flash, but in my opinion the controller can vary a bit (possibly a lot) in relation to its NAND model. Ok, simply put, I believe that a NAND model can be packaged with slightly different controllers models. It is not always a rule of:
If this NAND, then this controller and vice-versa.
I think HaQue's suggestion is solid. At least it can give a starting point to narrow down what could be what.
