That's going to be a challenge. A pic of the other side, and the side before the coating was removed(or a list of number) would be very beneficial.

Quite a few Sony Monoliths are SK6xxx controllers.. They confuse me.

Whats wrong with this card, or do you want to write the patterns to a good card

If there is no any description, I think it is matter of luck to catch the same card. Many time I have buy few exactly the same card (case description) and inside was completely different card (usually with TSOP48 nand flash)...

I meet sony SD all is monolith. But it hard to find. To much type

I just buy few SD Sony card. Let you know if i meet the same layout of traces when I receive them

It is Monday tomorrow and I will go to a few stores that have these and see if I can find one. I might just find a few others I don't have yet. I am amazed how long it takes before I see new cards come out. I think Lexar and Patriot are the ones I see new models of mostly
