What do you make of this old news about monolith data recov?

I have seen this six months old news in the net. I have bought P3000 Flash with SSD from Acelabs about three monthes ago but I have not seen any part that deals with Monolth memories. Am I missing something ?

They appear to be two different companies. AFAIK, ACE Laboratory doesn't own the word "ACE".
