Chronos SSD

I have a Chronos 2.5" SSD, but do not have flash recovery software (only standard PC3K). The drive is not recognized by my PC3K or by any recovery software. I can hear the board click when power is applied so power is getting to it. As stated this is not my area of expertise. From what I have read the Chronos drives are pretty poor on reliability. Is there anything I can try (any tricks). Do they have certain failures as standard? I will of course be referring it out if I cannot make any progress.
