Pin Out Needed AGAIN

I think I know the answer, but anyone have this pinout?. Its similar in structure to the Mono SD Card with the pins exposed, but this has 12 pins on each side which doesn't match the ones currently available.

I have for 2x6 pads on each side, but traces is other. But could fit. Top pad on second column from left is VCC?
