Hello,
I wanted to ask the guys who have it .Do you need to reball The TLGA , BGA And VBGA Chips After You Remove From Defective Media Or these Adapters Read These Chips Without The Balls .If They Read Properly Only With The Balls That Means a Additional Step in Prep of Case .

Hi Amarbir, reball is just needed if you move NAND to a donor device. As you know, you can not always get 100% by reading chip and reconstructing. We typically read/reconstruct data after removal, if it's not perfect then we check to see if we have a matching donor. If we have one then we reball and read 100%.
