clone a sandisk secureaccess pendrive

A customer deleted a file from a pendrive sandisk with secureaccess.
i know the pass , i can access the pendrive by his software and unblock it, but i can not clone it with data decrypted, even logically, becouse all i get is folders and files to still be decrypted.
Somebody ever faced that issue before?
