Has anyone successfully recovered data from an INTEL SSD 540s SM2258G controller?
Apparently it is not supported by PC3000 yet.
I have tried both pc3000 SSD safemode firmware upload but it didn't work.

Short answer: No. It's an Intel.
Long answer: PC3K doesn't support SM2258*, let alone Intel ones. Intel uses their own firmware and it's very difficult to manipulate. I don't know anyone being able to break it down to create loaders etc, we started working on such task but we abandoned it, too complex.

Ace added SM2258G (ADATA, Plextor) at some point, I don't remember when. It still doesn't help with Intel, but I thought I would mention they do have some listed.

My Intel 540s stopped being identified also. There is no way to access it. Is it any solution for this model after all?
Some insights may be very useful
