while you have the NANDs off, prudent to dump each chip and store dumps somewhere. At least it may be a possible avenue to recovery after you kill the drive

So my friend i will order a new nvme ,the same model like this and i will move the nands from the patient nvme to the new one right???

Yes, if the nandas are not damaged by water. This one I made yesterday, the information is in place.
