In the photo of the snes cartridge board, what type of flash memory is used? is it possible to preserve and prevent the loss of data retention in this flash? i stored this cartridge

Did you even look at the links fzabkar provided? If you only have 8 pages you're looking at the wrong pdf, if you don't understand the information say that - we don't know how technical you are.

... and 45 years for the FRAM (on page 1 of its datasheet).
The flash stores the Nintendo game ROM while the FRAM stores the scores and game progress (?).

not is possible to avoid this data loss to exceed 20 and 45 years? in the memories chip? i not erase and write was constantly written only once the OS firmware

??? question above

All of us can only rely on what the datasheet says. It does not mean it will forget all bits one day after the 20, 45 or whatever years the DS specifies, it might hold it for a lot longer interval, but there's a chance it gets corrupted. I think the environment (temerature, various kinds of radiation) definitely has effect on data retention, but i doubt any of us here performed any experiments on the matter.

in the board memory chips are flash NOR and FRAM?

If you are so worried about technical aspects of DATA storage, why are you rubbing circuit board on carpet? Maybe you need to look up ESD as well.
Not sure what the actual purpose of these questions are, are you planning a time capsule?
