Maxell microSD 16GB

Hello,

I have a defect Maxell microSD 16GB that i would like to reconstruct.
I've been able to dump the content of the chips.
chip ID is 0x98DE9892.

I can't reconstruct the content. I suspect it uses dynamic XOR.

Any idea how to get further on this ?

It is http://odzyskiwanie-danych.com.pl/image ... arvika.jpg from our database. Looks taht it use adaptive XOR. So far this cards do not have solution. If you find donor, patterns could help.
