Patriot Pyro - Sandforce SF-2281 - Busy

Hi,

I got this SSD PP240GS25SSDR, it has a Sandforce contrller SF-2281.

Drive gets ready but busy when reading ID. I've tried cold ans hot... doesn't help.

Is there anything else to try ?

Other than trying to pull it in and out of safe mode there probably nothing else, Sandforce controller recovery is still commercially sensitive and you'll probably have to sub that one out to a lab who have the capabilities.

Only suggestion is to ask Northwind if they can handle this model..
