Kingston 480GB SSD only showing as 20MB

Hi all, what would the most likely cause of this be?

"Hi, I have a Kingston 480GB SSD.. was working fine, the pc crashed while trying to install a software thought would restart once restarted it came up with blue screen. I held the power button to switch pc off since then its not came back on... it come as 20mb in device manager.. can this be fixed?"

Yes and no. Most likely firmware which is stored on the NAND.

A400? PS3111 should be supported by PC3K SSD if your client wants the data back.
